Fawn Cronin

Fawn is originally from Monroe, MI, where she grew up surrounded by family who were involved in real estate and the arts. Her grandmother was a landlord as well as a small business owner.  She spent most of her days dancing at her grandmother’s dance studio and her evenings practicing piano in addition to her studies. However, her passion for creating a home began at a young age, as when she wasn’t studying dance or music, she was often found helping her father prepare rental properties for new tenants.

In 2001, Fawn’s artistic upbringing moved her to Los Angeles, where she danced, acted and modeled professionally. In 2004, she relocated to Boston, MA where she attended Berklee College of Music, studying piano performance. During her time in college, she continued her passion for movement, teaching fitness classes in corporate gyms in between classes and eventually went on to build her own personal training business. It was through working in fitness that Fawn honed her management skills, leading and mentoring teams of trainers and working as a media spokesperson for Town Sports International.  (WBZ, The Metro, Good Morning America).

In 2008, Fawn became a mother and went on to have two more children over the course of 6 years. As her family expanded, so did her homes. It was during this time that she learned firsthand what it took to successfully increase the value of her homes. She helped plan renovations and stage the condos for selling in the South End and Brookline, MA. Relocating to Duxbury, MA in 2015, Fawn became familiar with the process of buying and renovating a large home on the South Shore. Working closely with local contractors, Fawn was able to build out her own gym in her first home, and see the transformative process through step-by-step.

As an active part of her community, Fawn participates in the classrooms of her children as a class parent, an advocate for special needs children, and volunteering through various organizations. She continues to dance by volunteering her time with South Shore Ballet Theatre in their yearly production of The Nutcracker. She can also be found playing piano for Oropa Cafe in Duxbury during Holly Days, where she freely shares her love of playing Christmas tunes for the community.

Now, Fawn looks forward to sharing her passion for real estate in helping others find their forever homes and/or sell their home. She brings a high level of service to every client she works with, listening closely to their needs and wants, while delivering timely results.
