This program is offered to United States service members who are serving or have served in the Marines, Navy, Army, Air Force, National Guard, Space Force, and the Coast Guard. The program covers both the buying and or selling of any piece of real estate in the state of Massachusetts through Movementum Realty including single family homes, condominiums, multi family homes, commercial properties, land, businesses, and mobile homes. You do not need to use a VA loan to qualify for this program. Before getting started you must show proper documentation to prove active status or that you qualify for VA financing. Cash back at closing is calculated from the net purchase price of home. Widows who lost their spouse during active duty qualify up until they become remarried. Sellers may take cash back at closing or decide to list their home at a discounted commission rate which is reduced by .5%. For home purchases the seller’s agent must be offering 2% cooperating commission to buyer’s agents or above to qualify. Agreement to purchase or sell must be signed after 12/20/2019 to qualify. Terms and conditions subject to change without notice. Program can be terminated at any time. Program ends taking new clients 12/31/2020 and client must be in either a buyer’s agency agreement or listing agreement signed on or before 12/31/20. Client must sign Cash Back At Closing rebate form at the time of closing to collect their cash back.
